As a Server, you will be the friendly face that enhances our guests' dining experience through exceptional service, expert food and beverage recommendations, and a welcoming attitude. Your role is vital in creating memorable moments for our guests, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth service flow Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements effectively during busy hours Requirements Proven experience as a Server in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and responsibilities simultaneously Previous experience with food preparation, bussing, host/hostess duties, or kitchen support is a plus Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to deliver outstanding guest experiences, and ready to thrive in an energetic team environment!
