This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Server plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience by embodying our core values and ensuring an exceptional dining atmosphere.

Key Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment venue preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities:

Provide responsive, friendly, and professional service to all guests. Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders. Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt attention to requests and concerns. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions. Process payments accurately and follow proper cash handling procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations. Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Strong multitasking and time management skills.
