Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to creating memorable moments for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and hospitality. Whether you're in a fine dining setting or a lively nightclub environment, your role as a Server is vital to our success and guest satisfaction. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance the dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery. Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining genuine guest engagement. Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation, temperature, and quality standards are met. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering duties with accuracy and accountability. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards through proper food handling, bussing tables, and adhering to food safety protocols. Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed, demonstrating versatility in food industry roles. Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements for optimal guest flow. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and providing exceptional customer service. Support team members during busy shifts by managing time effectively and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially with fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus. Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse guests. Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization skills. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques. Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable; culinary or kitchen experience is a bonus. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in dynamic environments like nightclubs or busy restaurants.
