Requirements:

Knowledge on Japanese cuisine and sake required. Omakase service experience not required, but preferred Fine dining experience preferred. Evening and weekend availability. 2 years of restaurant experience. Team Oriented Maintains effective communication with guests, teammates and management. Maintains thorough product knowledge- this encompasses food menu, bar menu, wine, spirits and sakes in order to tailor guests' experience accordingly. Proper steps of service, table manicuring, points of service, plate and glass handling, consolidation of responsibilities. Possess sound and professional judgement, organized, intentional and efficient work manner. Must be able to stand and exert well- paced mobility, for up to 8 hours per shift. Lift 15 pounds or more on an ongoing basis. Availability to work, days, nights, weekends and some holidays. Reliable transportation.
