Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented restaurant server to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. In this vital role, you will manage restaurant service operations through explaining our menu and proper order notes, provide exceptional customer service, and support front desk . Your positive attitude and skills will ensure a smooth flow of daily activities, creating a welcoming ambience and friendly environment for guests, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team. Responsibilities Greet guest and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Handle POS, Uber Eats and Door Dash account, data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office operations. Assist with office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining cleanliness of dining & common areas. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Support clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting bookkeeping activities. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Demonstrated experience in office management or administrative support roles, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting. Exceptional phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing customer service. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs. Proven clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media account handling will be treated as advantageous.
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
