Augusta, GA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $8 - $10 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Guest relations Basic math Full Job Description Join Our Family — Back Server / Food Runner Bradley's BBQ | Downtown Augusta, GA Bradley's BBQ is a brand-new BBQ restaurant and bar coming to downtown Augusta, and we're building the team that will bring it to life. Rooted in Augusta and built on a three-generation family tradition of smoke and hospitality, we're looking for energetic, hardworking people who want to be part of something special from day one. We will be open Tuesday-Thursday 11am-9pm and Friday-Saturday 11am-10pm. As our Back Server / Food Runner, you're the connective tissue of the dining room — the person who keeps the entire operation moving.
What You'll Do:
Deliver food accurately and efficiently to the correct tables every time Deliver bar drinks to tables and handle bar tab payment tableside Support the front-of-house team by maintaining tables, refilling drinks, and keeping guests comfortable throughout their visit Bus and reset tables promptly to keep the dining room guest-ready Communicate clearly between the kitchen and front-of-house staff Operate with a full-hands-in, full-hands-out mentality — if something needs to be done, do it
What We're Looking For:
A strong work ethic and the ability to move with urgency during a rush Excellent attention to detail — the right food to the right table, every time Genuine care for the guest experience A team-first attitude; we win together or we don't win at all Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person

Pay:
