Server/Waiter

Overview We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, possess strong food and beverage knowledge, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Previous restaurant experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a background in fine dining or food service are highly valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to maintain cleanliness and readiness Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest needs promptly Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and process payments efficiently Engage with guests to foster positive relations, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns professionally Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings; fine dining Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with guest services, cashiering, or host/host roles is advantageous Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling purposes Knowledge of food industry standards related to serving, food preparation, and hospitality Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and foster guest relations Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences through outstanding service and hospitality.
