Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast ensuring timely delivery Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards Assist with bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment. Support host/hostess responsibilities when needed, including seating arrangements and managing waitlists with OpenTable or similar reservation systems Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols in the food industry Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy.
