Join our team at Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings as Server, Busser, and Food Runner. In this fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient dining experience for every guest. Server Take orders accurately + upsell Provide attentive service throughout meal Handle payments (Toast) Maintain section cleanliness + guest satisfaction Busser Clear and reset tables quickly Support servers during busy times Keep dining area clean and stocked Assist with basic guest needs when needed Food Runner Deliver food quickly and correctly Check dish accuracy + presentation Communicate with kitchen and servers Help maintain service speed and flow From greeting and seating guests to ensuring smooth service flow and timely food delivery, each role works closely as a team to maintain high standards of hospitality, organization, and cleanliness.
