Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food handling procedures Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations quickly, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable for reservations is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with culinary tasks or kitchen support is advantageous but not mandatory Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations; attention to detail is essential Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry Join us to deliver exceptional service in a lively setting where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit unforgettable!
