The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are correct. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation efforts. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Provide exceptional guest services by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is beneficial for understanding menu items. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
