In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and managing transactions efficiently. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a smooth dining experience, whether in a lively nightclub setting or a refined fine dining environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and giving correct change with basic math skills Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety guidelines, proper food handling, and sanitation protocols Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience in guest relations, serving, or host/hostess roles will be advantageous Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures in the food industry is essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and transaction purposes Culinary or kitchen experience can be a plus for understanding food preparation processes Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, and ready to deliver outstanding guest experiences!
