We're a lively spot where locals and college students come to relax, watch the game, and enjoy great food. Our goal is to create a welcoming, fun environment for everyone who walks through our doors. We are looking for a passionate staff that understands that they are the key to a great guest experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server at 7Pie, you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests by delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and seating guests promptly Taking accurate food and drink orders Providing menu recommendations and answering questions Delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely manner Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit Handling payments and closing out checks Maintaining cleanliness of the dining area and following health and safety guidelines Assisting with side work, such as setting up and closing down the restaurant

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required— we're happy to train the right person Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and during peak hours (especially during major sporting events) Must be 18 years or older
