Located in the heart of Decatur, The White Bull is a Michelin-recommended neighborhood restaurant known for its seasonal Italian-inspired cuisine, thoughtfully curated wine program, craft cocktails, and polished yet approachable service. We are looking for professionals who genuinely enjoy taking care of people, are passionate about food and beverage, and thrive in a team-oriented environment where hospitality comes first.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in upscale casual, fine dining, or chef-driven restaurants preferred Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge, or a desire to learn Warm, engaging, and guest-focused personality Ability to anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences Professionalism, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service Guide guests through food, wine, cocktail, and beverage selections Maintain knowledge of seasonal menus and daily features Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless execution Uphold all service standards and contribute to a positive team culture
