As a server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert knowledge, and a positive attitude. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and satisfied. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food industry expertise, develop your hospitality skills, and contribute to memorable dining experiences for every guest. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items including specialty cocktails, wines, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, and menu options to elevate the guest experience Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cashiering and sales transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Experience with cocktail mixing, spirits, wine knowledge, and serving alcoholic beverages responsibly Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required Ability to handle multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver outstanding service in a lively setting!
