Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience from the moment they walk in the door until they leave. This position involves a variety of tasks, including game mastering, making and serving food and drinks, safety monitoring, and general janitorial duties. If you are looking for an exciting & unique job where the main objective is fun, this might be the job for you! Escape Room experience is not required. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are confident and ready to excel!•

Key Responsibilities:

Escape Room Instruction and Oversight:

Greet and orient guests, explaining the rules and story of each escape room game. Monitor game progress through our simple specialized system and provide timely hints or clues to players when requested or needed. Ensure the safety and enjoyment of players throughout the experience. Reset rooms and props efficiently and effectively between game sessions. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and props to ensure they are in optimal working condition.

Food and Beverage Service:

Prepare and serve food items according to our menu. Prepare and serve drinks, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Ensure all food and drink orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Customer Service:

Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

Facility Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized environment in all areas of the facility. Perform routine cleaning tasks and ensure equipment is in good working condition.

Event Support:

Assist with the setup and teardown of events and parties. Provide support during events to ensure they run smoothly.

• The ideal candidate: Previous experience in food and beverage service, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be at least 18 years of age. Punctual & dependable. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed. Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent guest experiences. Flexibility and availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• The schedule requires availability to work the following days & times: Thursday 4pm
• 9pm Friday 4pm
• 12am Saturday 1pm
• 12am Sunday 2pm
• 8pm The above schedule is subject to change.

Please note:

This position requires standing for extended periods of time, lifting heavy objects (30lbs+). This position also requires serving alcohol (18+ years of age required).

Pay:

$10.00
