This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional guest experiences in a lively dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, strong customer relations skills, and experience in restaurant or hospitality settings. As a Part-time Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS systems Provide attentive and personalized guest service to enhance the dining experience Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly Support team members during busy hours, including night shifts and weekends Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is a plus Customer service experience Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment under pressure Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is a plus Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences while developing your skills in a family restaurant setting.
