This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a lively, team-oriented atmosphere. 2.50/hr plus daily tips are retained by the employee and taken home at the conclusion of each shift. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Build positive guest relations through excellent customer service and attentive communication Support guest needs by providing information about menu items, specials, and restaurant amenities Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such asToast POS is advantageous Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety protocols is essential Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining quality service Strong guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction Knowledge of serving techniques, upselling strategies, and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Previous host/hostess experience or food industry background is a plus but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
