Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction through excellent customer service Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety protocols Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure seamless operations in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous restaurant experience with a strong background in food service, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Strong sales skills with an ability to upsell menu items confidently Experience in guest relations, serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or hospitality roles highly desirable Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling; attention to detail is essential for accuracy in orders and payments Must speak SPANISH Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
