Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to deliver memorable guest experiences, and ready to thrive in a lively restaurant environment!
