Servers are responsible for attending to guests, maintaining clean dining areas, refilling drinks, and ensuring customers have a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Take beverage orders and provide drink refills Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and server stations Assist guests with questions about buffet items and pricing Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to guest needs Work together with kitchen staff, hosts, and cashiers to ensure smooth service Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Help with opening and closing side work duties Qualifications Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift trays, dishes, and bus tubs up to 25 pounds Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
