The ideal candidate will provide exceptional dining experiences by delivering outstanding service, maintaining a positive attitude, and ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide menu recommendations. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner. Ensure guests are satisfied throughout their dining experience. Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas. Set up and break down tables before and after service. Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff. Assist with special events, private parties, and live entertainment nights. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Skills Knowledge of POS systems. Experience serving alcoholic beverages. Upselling and sales experience.
