Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Prepare and serve food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change and totals Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to sanitation protocols Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff with basic culinary tasks Ensure prompt delivery of orders and address any guest concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service or fast food restaurants, or retail environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety practices Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding service!
