Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments via OpenTable or other POS platforms Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety, proper food presentation, and efficient service flow Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Skills Proven experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a hospitality setting Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless service delivery Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
