Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced robotic restaurant environment! As a team member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will be responsible for being knowledgeable in assisting our guests, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide them with key details surrounding the flow of our restaurant. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience through excellent customer service. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Skills Strong hospitality skills with a passion for customer service. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in using cash registers and handling cash transactions. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure. Knowledge of food preparation practices is beneficial.
