Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server/Cashier, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes their orders, and ensures they enjoy every moment at our establishment. Your multitasking skills will shine as you seamlessly handle food service, cash handling, and guest relations in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're guiding guests through our menu or managing transactions with precision, your contribution will be vital to delivering exceptional hospitality. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service and customer engagement within a lively, energetic atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, including processing payments and giving change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently and optimize table turnover Support kitchen staff by communicating guest orders clearly and promptly Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is highly advantageous Demonstrated ability in customer service roles with strong communication skills Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess duties enhances your candidacy Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures is essential Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing are required Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, thrive in energetic environments, and are eager to grow your career in the hospitality industry.
