Job Description

BEY Mediterranean Kitchen + Bar , a multi-award-winning restaurant led by Executive Chef Marc Mansour, is seeking polished, professional servers who take pride in hospitality, elevated service standards, and strong sales ability. Our guests come to BEY expecting a pristine environment, refined yet warm hospitality, and knowledgeable professionals who can confidently guide their dining experience. This is a serious earning opportunity for career servers — not an entry-level role.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Minimum 5 years serving experience in full-service restaurants (upscale or high-volume preferred) Proven ability to sell wine, cocktails, and menu items confidently Strong food knowledge and comfort guiding guests through pairings and recommendations Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and team-oriented mindset References required (will be checked)
Sales & Service Expectations:
Suggestive selling of food, wine, cocktails, and featured items Ability to elevate check averages while maintaining genuine hospitality Strong understanding of ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles Confidence discussing wines, cocktails, and pairings with guests Friendly, professional service that reflects BEY's elevated yet welcoming culture
Operational Responsibilities:
Ability to open or close the restaurant following management standards Assist with dining room readiness: floors, tables, restrooms, and service stations Maintain a clean, polished dining environment throughout service Ensure full dining room reset and cleanliness at the end of each shift Uphold service standards and support overall team flow
Training & Standards:
Food knowledge test after the first week Wine and cocktail knowledge evaluation required Continued expectation of product knowledge and service precision
