Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Waitstaff member, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards are maintained Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall guest happiness Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest questions confidently Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations Ability to handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Basic math skills for billing, making change, and managing tabs effectively Previous experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as required Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively atmosphere!
