Duties Serve meals and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure quality and appeal Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, kitchens, and food handling stations in accordance with food safety regulations Support the dietary department by helping with meal setup, bussing tables, and cleaning up after service Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene during all stages of food service Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables or residents promptly during busy periods Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and accommodate special dietary requests or restrictions Experience Previous experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or the food industry is highly valued Demonstrated knowledge of food production, preparation, serving, and sanitation practices Experience working in dietary departments or with food handling regulations is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and team members Familiarity with culinary techniques such as cooking, plating, and meal presentation is advantageous Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in food safety protocols and sanitation standards ensures safe handling of all food items Join us to make a positive impact through excellent food service!
