Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food and beverages with enthusiasm and expertise Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, process payments accurately, and provide correct change using POS systems like OpenTable or cashiering tools Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all visitors Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in guest services roles like host/hostess or serving positions helps build excellent customer relations skills Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking across various responsibilities such as bussing, serving, and cashiering Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations are essential Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment!
