Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food and beverages with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems like OpenTable or POS terminals, including cash handling and basic math calculations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Knowledge of POS systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest inquiries professionally Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with upselling techniques and sales-driven mindset to maximize revenue opportunities Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable moments for our guests!
