All positions are paid, emphasizing our commitment to valuing every team member's contribution. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a memorable experience Assist with food handling, basic math calculations for billing, and cash handling procedures accurately Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, resetting stations, and assisting with food preparation when needed Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Food safety certification or willingness to obtain training in sanitation and food handling procedures Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel at home!
