Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of food from the kitchen to the customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the waitstaff in delivering food orders accurately and promptly. Duties:

• Assist the waitstaff in delivering food orders to customers in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivering them to customers
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service areas
• Communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues to ensure a positive dining experience
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel or food service industry is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems is an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid, including internship positions.
