Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items including wine, cocktails, or specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or credit card payments with precision Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting host/hostess duties as needed to ensure smooth operations Maintain knowledge of menu offerings including wine pairings, cocktail options, and food ingredients for guest inquiries Support food preparation or kitchen staff when necessary to ensure timely service delivery Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Square, Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and food safety standards required for responsible serving roles Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for billing accuracy and cash handling responsibilities Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Prior experience in serving, bartending (OpenTable experience beneficial), or host/hostess roles is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
