Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with seating arrangements, and manage waitlists efficiently. Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations. Clear and bus tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to coordinate service smoothly. Support banquet or special event setups by assisting with food distribution and guest needs. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong communication skills and a friendly, energetic demeanor. Ability to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting for extended periods. Experience with food preparation, bussing, or kitchen operations is advantageous. Hospitality or hotel experience can enhance your ability to provide guest-centric service.
