Now hiring severs for fine dining. $ 2.15 hour plus tips. Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and delivered, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Experience in fine dining or food service environments is preferred, along with strong communication and multitasking skills. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems and manage cash handling responsibilities Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of service areas in accordance with sanitation guidelines Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest complaints effectively Excellent time management skills to manage multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures Experience in food preparation, food handling, or kitchen operations is a plus Previous host/host or bussing experience is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences while developing your hospitality career in a lively setting that values professionalism, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
