Food Server

Duties:

Greet guests with a smile, share menus, and describe dishes and drinks to elevate their dining experience Accurately take orders using POS systems- noting and accommodating special requests Serve food and beverages quickly while upholding high standards of safety and cleanliness Upsell specials and menu favorites to boost sales, offering personalized suggestions based on guest tastes Set and reset tables, clear plates, bus tables, and pitch in with food prep or kitchen help when needed Handle payments accurately, including cash transactions, using systems such as OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain great guest relationships by responding quickly to questions or issues, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish

Skills:

Proven background in food service (preferred but not required) Solid knowledge of POS systems (preferred but not required) Excellent customer service with the ability to connect warmly and professionally with guests Strong multitasking and time management skills to thrive in a busy environment

Pay:

$10.00 - $25.00 per hour
