Duties Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to guests at the bar, dining area, and outdoor cart stations. Take orders accurately Serve food and beverages with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Manage food handling and sanitation protocols in accordance with food safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness of service areas to support smooth operations. Engage with guests to foster positive relations, handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote ongoing guest loyalty. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems ; experience with cashiering or basic math skills is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required. Must possess excellent guest relations skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
