Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with food handling, sanitation, and basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations Clear tables, bussing dishes promptly, and maintain cleanliness in all service areas to uphold sanitation standards Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Experience in upselling techniques and sales within a hospitality environment Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Host/hostess experience or background in guest services is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment!
