Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server/Waiter and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your energy and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while maintaining smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation. Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations. Support opening or closing duties including setup, cleaning, restocking supplies, and cash handling procedures like cashiering with basic math skills. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and reservations management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest concerns professionally. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours efficiently. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous experience in host/hostess roles or serving positions that demonstrate hospitality excellence is a plus.
