We renovated a historic building on the square in downtown Adel, IA (built 1870) to curate a space that feels timeless while radiating warmth and charm.

Expectations:

Provide exceptional service to ensure an outstanding dining experience In-depth knowledge of our menu, including food and cocktail pairings Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized recommendations Maintain a clean and inviting dining area What we're looking for: A warm, welcoming demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for phenomenal service A strong ability to cultivate and maintain relationships Excellent communication and multitasking skills Team player who values collaboration and contributes to a positive work environment Weekends required
