Job Description
Duties Greet guests warmly and manage host/hostess responsibilities to seat patrons efficiently Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Assist with food preparation, plating, and basic cooking tasks as needed to support kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring dining areas are tidy and inviting Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Support catering events or banquet setups with food handling, serving, and breakdown tasks Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, managing phone etiquette, and fostering guest relations Requirement Strong communication skills and a positive attitude to engage with guests and team members, willing to learn new skills Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting No past experience is required
