Then we'd love to hear from you! 3801 Grand Retirement Campus is seeking a motivated, reliable, and friendly individual for a part-time meal server position in our dining room for both assisted & independent living residents.

Position Summary:

As a server, you will perform a variety of food service functions. Servers are responsible for setting up for meals, refilling beverages, refilling ice, restocking cooler, roll silverware, clear tables, clean tables & chairs, set up dining room, portion beverages, sweep dining room, assist residents throughout meal as needed in a professional manner, refill condiment caddies, sweep/mop kitchen. Dishwashing is also included in position. Follow safe food handling & sanitation practices.

Required:

Must be 16 years of age or older. Positive attitude & respect for senior population. Professional demeanor & good personal hygiene. Willingness to learn & help others. Must pass a background check, dependent adult abuse check, and drug screen prior to hire. Food service experience preferred but not required.

Physical Demand:

Standing for long periods of time, carrying/delivering meals to residents in dining room, and moving about without the need to sit down. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.

Expected hours:

20 hours per week | 4 hrs per shift
