We're seeking someone dependable, friendly, and service-oriented who enjoys creating a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience for our residents.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and serve residents in our dining room with warmth and professionalism
- Take meal orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Provide exceptional service in a respectful and caring manner
- Assist with meal setup, cleanup, and basic food prep as needed
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and dining room staff
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system to record orders and process transactions
What We're Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Previous wait staff or restaurant experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work well with older adults in a respectful and engaging way
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
