Experience in casual dining service is REQUIRED, as well as familiarity with food safety and handling practices. Server will keep 100% tip! Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly while ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toasttab system. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist in managing guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special dietary needs. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
