Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems , ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experiences and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support seamless service flow Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest inquiries professionally Ability to upsell menu items confidently while respecting guest preferences Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Culinary experience or food industry background preferred for better understanding of menu offerings Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times Experience with bussing, host/hostess duties, or kitchen support roles is a plus Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and kitchen staff Hospitality-oriented mindset focused on creating memorable guest experiences Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a vibrant environment, and committed to providing outstanding service that keeps guests coming back!
