• We are seeking friendly, professional, and dedicated Waitstaff/Hostesses to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and supporting the dining experience to ensure guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and experience in food service environments. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservation seating arrangements Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS Relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff and ensure timely service Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and accommodate seating preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization of host/hostess station and dining areas Support waitstaff with guest needs when necessary Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about the restaurant and reservations Ensure guest relations are positive by delivering attentive and courteous service throughout their visit Requirements Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in food service is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Toast is a plus Experience in hospitality or hotel guest services is advantageous Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of guest relations principles and serving etiquette is beneficial Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences through exceptional service and hospitality!
