Full Job Description The Show:

At Johnny's Italian Steakhouse, every service is a show, and our guests are the audience. We're seeking a skilled Performer (Server) to shine on stage during our daytime lunch productions . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves staying busy, and delivers service worthy of a standing ovation.

The Role You'll Play:

Deliver a flawless "performance" through attentive service and guest engagement Stay proactive and efficient, even when lunch business fluctuates Multitask like a star—balancing tables, side work, and teamwork seamlessly Collaborate with our cast of Bootleggers (bartenders) , Stage Hands (bussers) , Stage Managers (hosts) , and Directors (managers) to ensure each "show" runs perfectly Occasionally assist with daytime meetings and private events —we host banquets and events for up to 300 guests Your Costume (Uniform): We provide your white shirt, tie, and apron You bring: black non-slip shoes , black slacks , black socks , and an undershirt to complete the look

Who We're Looking For:

Available for daytime lunch shifts (flexible schedule) Open to full-time or part-time candidates who enjoy working during the day Restaurant serving experience required ; catering or banquet experience is a plus Someone energetic, polished, and great at keeping busy during all scenes Why Join Our Cast?
