Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, ensuring a positive first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Handle transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and sales recording Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, and menu options to elevate the guest experience Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse needs gracefully Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for order calculations, cash handling, and sales transactions processing Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required; food handling and sanitation knowledge are essential Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a passion for serving others and creating memorable experiences Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to hospitality excellence!
