Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server to join our dynamic team. As a server, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests by serving food and beverages and providing outstanding customer service. Your expertise in food service , along with your ability to manage a fast-paced environment, will contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our establishment. Duties Serve a variety of alcoholic , non-alcoholic beverages, and meals in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink and food orders and offering recommendations. Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments and managing tabs efficiently. Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Skills Proficiency in cash register operation and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Knowledge of food handling practices and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. Experience working in a fast paced atmosphere Familiarity with the food industry and food service operations enhances your ability to thrive in this role.
